The Mill sought Expressions of Interest (EOI) for a Major Hospital development for the Mill at Moreton Bay from 13 December 2021 to 21 March 2022. Proponent/s from the EOI process have been shortlisted and are currently engaged in a Request for Proposal (RFP) process.

A market engagement was undertaken through a market sounding process to gain market insight into the potential for the delivery of an Integrated Health Village for The Mill at Moreton Bay. The market sounding process closed on 30 June 2022 and responses from the market sounding are being reviewed to determine the next steps.
The Mill is seeking to identify opportunities in education that will support life-long pathways from school to industry, create employment opportunities, and would benefit most from The Mill at Moreton Bay’s access to public transport services and unique amenities such as forests and lakes.
